The 96 unit Highlands Apartment Complex community expansion includes full-service dining, a new lobby, multipurpose rooms, library, convenience store, arts and crafts area, mail boxes, laundry room, as well as residence units to provide opportunities for independent living as long as possible. The master plan also inculdes the addition of 20 beds to the existing Health Care Center to support the additional apartment residents and the addition of a variety of outdoor recreational facilities to support and encourage the residents' active lifestyles.
