The Lake Prince Center is a new continuing care retirement facility located on a 172-acre site. The 266,663 SF first phase of the continuing care retirement facility includes a two and three-story 96-unit apartment building connected to a one-story Community Commons building with a complete kitchen, dining facilities which include a small cafe, a large flexible meeting space, activity areas and reception and administrative spaces. Connected to the Community Building is a one-story, 36-unit assisted living wing. The complex also includes 19 private cottages, 7 duplex units and nature trails. The master site plan anticipates future expansion.
