A growing membership, the need for additional meeting and dining space and the opportunity profit from having the advantage of the prime waterfront views of the Elizabeth River, led to a 3,000 SF expansion and 15,000 SF renovation of the Town Point Club. It is a premier private club in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. The project included the renovation of the main entry and reception area, bar and lounge area, and main dining room. The expansion added a new grillroom, a cigar room, and a private office equipped with a meeting area, telephone, fax, and computer. In keeping with member's personal taste, the atmosphere provides a level of comfort much like that of the finest homes of Virginia. ClubCorp, a private consultant, provided conception and interior design.
